At Tony’s Chocolonely, we want you to be 100% happy with your chocolate; however, due to the perishable nature of our products, we typically only accept returns for items that arrived damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to our Choco-crew within 14 days of delivery if your order isn't up to our crazy standards.
Return Process

Inspect your bars immediately upon arrival for any signs of heat damage or shipping mishaps.
- 2.Snap a Photo
If things look a bit wonky, take a clear photo of the damaged product and the shipping label.
- 3.Get in Touch
Send an email to our support team with your order number and photos to initiate a replacement or refund.
- 4.Sweet Resolution
Once approved, we will process your refund or ship out fresh bars to make things right immediately.
